Who We Are...

Beach House Resources (BHR) is a locally owned and operated company of Paul and Faith Denault, who have visited and owned homes in Bethany Beach for over 30 years. In your absence, we want to offer our services to care for your home no matter how small or large. We are insured and licensed in the State of Delaware. Our business philosophy is that we treat all our clients as we would wish to be treated and we take care of your property as if it were our own.

You will always find our company very responsive to your requests and needs. Our reputation and good name in the beach area is based on the following principles - honesty, integrity and reliability. We pride ourselves on ensuring that the job is done right and to your satisfaction.

Why Use BHR?

If your home at the beach is not checked often in your absence and your heat and/or air conditioning system goes off, mold and mildew can grow quickly. In addition, your indoor and outdoor pipes can easily freeze in the winter. Do you really want to wait until that next visit, maybe a month from now, to check for roof leaks or indoor plumbing leaks? With our service, such situations will be caught early enough to contain potential damage. Do you really want to drive for three hours to let that service person in to your home for a job that might only take a half hour to complete? If a storm is approaching, wouldn't you like the comfort of knowing that someone local will be checking on your home before, during and after the storm and notifying you promptly of the situation?

Over the course of many years of owning numerous rental properties, in addition to our own home in Bethany Beach, we have developed an extensive list of responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced contractors and service providers in the area. If we can't do it ourselves, we can depend on the relationship that we have built with these various businesses that allows us to draw from a pool of professionals so we can quickly respond to any need. And, unlike some other businesses in town, you can contract with us for all, or just some of our services.
