Our Weekly or Bi-Monthly Inspections Include:

Personal inspection of the interior and exterior of your property.
Check windows, ceilings, and under sinks for leaks.
Inspect water heater(s) and platform and other water systems for possible leaks.
Check for any evidence of roof leaks or leaks from AC condenser lines.
Check that the heat/AC system is operational and the thermostat is set to requested temperature.
Check all areas such as closets, bathrooms, air-conditioning closets for evidence of mold or mildew.
Visually check your roof and siding for possible damage.
Verify all doors and windows are secure and that no break-in has occurred.
Arrange appointments for maintenance checks by coordinating them with your service providers, or suggest a provider who can do the work.
Make recommendations for any repairs or maintenance.
Document each inspection and send monthly reports to you on the condition of your home and property.

Secure your home for the winter season - remove screens, turn off outdoor water, bring in outdoor furniture, etc. We can also open your home for the occasional winter visit.
Pre and post storm home check. Ensure there are no objects that can be blown around your home and check that everything is safe and secure after the storm. Notify you promptly of your home's condition.
Arrange and coordinate housekeeping services for pre and post occupancy, spring and fall opening and closing or regularly scheduled services.
Set and test your security system and serve as your local emergency contact person for the alarm company.
Perform any reasonable service request such as stocking your refrigerator prior to your visit, making beds with your own linens, etc.
Check your home in between renters to ensure it is ready for the next guests.
Open and close your home between visits.
Hold your key in a locked cabinet in case you or your guests forget them.
Accept and inspect any furniture or other types of deliveries.
Grocery shop for your arrival at the beach with your list of needs
