Single Family Homes - starting at $125.00 per month
Beach Home Resources' goal is to care for your home as if it were our own and to eliminate any worry about whether your valuable investment is taken care of in your absence, whether you are gone for a week, month, or the entire winter. We all know that salt water at the beach can do a great deal of damage in a very short time, such as creating mold or mildew and, those Nor'easters, well let's just say no one can tell what they might do. We will be there to ensure your peace of mind that your property is safe and secure when you can't be present.
Town Homes - starting at $100.00 per month
A two, three or four story town home needs as much care as a 6-bedroom beachfront home. In this case, you have connecting properties which mean connecting walls, which could mean more potential for damage should the pipes in your neighbor's home break and sit there without attention. Mold and mildew can creep to your unit and cause damage too! Homeowner Association's typically only cover the exterior of your home. The interiors remain the full responsibility of the homeowner. Beach House Resources will inspect your interior to ensure that your property is safe, free from damage, and that all systems are in working order.
Condominiums - starting at $75.00 per month
Your community may have on-site maintenance personnel who check units on a scheduled basis but their inspections are typically a quick in and out. Beach House Resources will do a thorough inspection of all areas where mold could be present and doing damage to your home in your absence
